As a Labour Relations Analyst, you will be integral in ensuring organized labour relations practices. Your responsibilities include maintaining databases, supporting collective bargaining through research, and preparing reports that inform key decisions. You will also help coordinate grievance files and enhance the company's union-free policy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain records, agreements, and templates for labour relations
• Conduct research to support collective bargaining activities
• Track key milestones and agreement expiries




• Prepare labour relations metrics and reports
• Partner with various teams to implement policies

Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience in relevant fields
• Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or similar
• Exceptional attention to detail and administrative skills
• Strong data management and reporting capabilities
• Excellent written communication
