What you'll do Manage small claims litigation files
Draft pleadings and legal correspondence
Prepare clients for hearings
Review documentary evidence
Conduct legal research
Communicate with opposing parties
Manage filing and procedural deadlines
Assist with settlement negotiations
What we're looking for Ontario paralegal licence
Litigation experience
Knowledge of Small Claims Court procedures
Strong legal drafting skills
Excellent client communication
Robust organizational skills
Ability to manage independent files
Courtroom confidence
