The Technician will work a 7 days on / 7 days off rotation, primarily operating heavy equipment safely within a mining context. You’ll ensure the operational integrity of the hauling operations while maintaining a commitment to safety and compliance with company protocols. Effective communication with the Mine Operations Supervisor is crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy haul trucks in a safe manner
• Conduct thorough safety checks before and after shifts
• Report and mitigate any unsafe mechanical issues




• Uphold cleanliness practices on all operational equipment
• Adhere to designated traffic pathways and safety rules

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience with heavy machinery
• Solid adherence to safety regulations
• Competence in performing physical tasks and lifting
• Team-oriented with independent working capabilities
• Possession of a valid BC Driver's License
