Your role will involve uncovering vulnerabilities and creating tools that enhance monitoring of the Sui ecosystem remotely. We require a Senior Security Engineer at Mysten Labs to protect our decentralized protocols including DeepBook. You will work on economic risk assessments within DeFi protocols, collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to ensure robust security measures.
This position is pivotal for preemptively addressing risks that could lead to incidents. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing security and economic risk monitoring
- Expand the security team’s toolkit for effective analysis
- Ensure compliance with DeFi security standards across protocols
- Investigate critical vulnerabilities and lead fixes promptly
- Serve as primary liaison for external DeFi teams Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 3+ years in security engineering or smart contract auditing
- Strong TypeScript and Python skills; Rust is a plus
- Proficient in smart contract code analysis
