Job title : Salesforce nCino Business Analyst

Job Location : Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

Role Summary

The Salesforce nCino Business Analyst will act as a liaison between business stakeholders product owners and technical teams to deliver effective solutions on the Salesforce nCino platform

Key Responsibilities

- Gather analyze and document business requirements
- Translate requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria
- Support and manage User Acceptance Testing UAT including test scripts and defect tracking
- Analyze banking and lending workflows using nCino and Salesforce
- Act as SME for nCino platform during discussions and training sessions
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers admins and product owners
- Track backlog sprint progress and key KPIs

Required Skills Experience

- 4-8 years of Business Analyst experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and nCino
- Experience in financial services banking or lending domain
- Robust knowledge of AgileScrum methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce or nCino certification
- Experience with Loan Origination Systems LOS

Education

Bachelors degree in Business Finance Information Systems or related field

Work Mode

Onsite mandatory presence as per project requirements
