- 10+ years in English-to-French translation within a structured work environment
- 5+ years in revision of translated documents
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English supporting corporate communications, insurance, or technology content
- 8+ years using memoQ and FlowFit
- B.A. with specialization in English-to-French translation

Nice to Have

- Membership in OTTIAQ
- Experience in banking
- Experience in insurance
- Experience in post-editing of machine translation
- Knowledge of Copilot and Globalese

Responsibilities

- Translate and revise documents from English into French for corporate communications, insurance,



and technology content
- Manage end-to-end long-term translation projects with coordinators, internal partners, and external suppliers
- Conduct terminological research and maintain terminology records
- Review translations completed by internal team members and external vendors
- Coach and guide less experienced translators on translation-related matters
- Ensure translated documents align with brand tone and style guidelines
- Meet productivity targets and service level agreements while managing priorities and urgent requests
