Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Transformation Analyst (10+ years) to support Front Office transformation workflows and target operating model readiness

Join a large-scale transformation initiative supporting future-state Front Office workflows and operating model readiness within a financial services environment. This role supports design, build, testing, and readiness activities while providing visibility into workflow impacts, gaps, blockers, and escalations across Front Office functions. The position works closely with stakeholders, business leads, and delivery partners to translate Front Office requirements into actionable insights for the Transformation Office.

Contract, Toronto, Working Hours: EST

Must Haves

- 10+ years in Business Analysis, transformation support, or program delivery within Front Office environments

- Strong understanding of Front Office investment workflows, including portfolio management, trading, liquidity management, and portfolio analytics

- Working knowledge of capital markets products including equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX, loans, cash, and private credit

- Experience supporting design, build, testing, and readiness activities for transformation initiatives

Nice to Have

- Experience in asset management, pension investment, investment operations, consulting, or large-scale technology transformation environments

- Familiarity with portfolio manager and trader workflows including order generation, trade execution, positions, exposures, collateral, and start-of-day information needs

Responsibilities

- Develop understanding of current and future-state Front Office processes, workflows, requirements, dependencies, and pain points

- Monitor design, build,



configuration, testing, and readiness activities to identify progress and emerging issues

- Gather information and clarify requirements with Front Office stakeholders, workstreams, business leads, and delivery partners

- Identify and document gaps, concerns, unresolved questions, dependencies, and business impacts

- Provide updates on progress, escalations, key issues, and areas requiring attention to the Senior Manager, Transformation

- Review workflow documentation, requirements, test scenarios, readiness materials, and program artifacts for Front Office alignment

- Prepare status updates, briefing notes, issue summaries, leadership materials, and decision-support content
