Warranty Clerk

Location: Montreal

Permanent Position Ville Saint-Laurent $50,000 to $55,000

Responsibilities

- Manage warranty claims from A to Z.
- Serve as a liaison between customers, technicians, and suppliers.
- Review and evaluate claims to ensure they comply with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date warranty claim records.
- Prepare warranty activity reports for management.
- Provide general administrative support to the warranty department.

Qualifications

- Desired profile: 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent command of French and English (oral and written)
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of an ERP system (an asset)
- Organizational skills, autonomy, rigor, and the ability to manage tight deadlines
