About the Role Our client is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Senior Trichologist and Hair Restoration Specialist to join their leading hair clinic in Kimberley. This role focuses on diagnosing and treating a wide range of hair and scalp conditions, including hair loss, thinning, and various scalp disorders. You will utilize your expertise in trichology to perform detailed scalp analyses, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement effective restoration strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive scalp and hair analyses to diagnose conditions such as alopecia, dandruff, and scalp infections.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using a combination of topical therapies, nutritional advice, and specialized treatments.

Administer hair restoration treatments and procedures as appropriate.

Educate clients on hair and scalp health, treatment options, and preventive measures.

Maintain detailed client records, documenting diagnoses, treatments,



and progress.

Stay abreast of the latest research, advancements, and technologies in trichology and hair restoration.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a certified Trichologist or equivalent specialist in hair loss.

In-depth knowledge of hair growth cycles, common hair and scalp conditions, and their treatments.

Experience with diagnostic tools for scalp analysis (e.g., dermascope).

Strong ability to develop and execute effective hair restoration plans.

Excellent client communication, empathy, and counseling skills.

Relevant certifications or degrees in trichology or a related scientific field.
