Leverage over five years of experience in Employment Services to identify areas needing enhancement and facilitate community engagement. Your leadership will be key in optimizing the quality of services provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure Service Providers deliver top-notch service
• Conduct performance reviews and create Improvement Plans
• Lead engagement initiatives with community services
• Support provider development and capability enhancements
• Keep thorough records for compliance and audits
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in strategic leadership and contract management
• Explicit Criminal Record Check needed
• Flexibility for travel within the GTA
• Degree in management or related field preferred
