As the Property Accountant – IPP, you will report directly to the Accounting Manager, managing the full cycle accounting processes. This financial storyteller role involves preparing monthly reports, analyzing cash flows, and engaging with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to deliver high-quality insights and results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
• Conduct variance analyses and cash flow assessments
• Review and approve complex lease arrangements




• Support audit processes and budget preparations
• Collaborate with property managers on financial matters

Requirements:
• Completion of CPA or two years of relevant experience
• Expertise in property accounting or real estate preferred
• Proficient with Excel and Yardi Voyageur
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capacity
• Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment with effective communication
