Serve as the Detox Manager at Adult & Teen Challenge in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This full-time position focuses on program management, staff leadership, and participant well-being.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Detox Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the detox facility's daily operations. The focus includes ensuring safety, conducting effective training for staff, and building partnerships with external agencies. Your compassionate leadership will set the tone for the center, supporting individuals in need of detox services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure effective communication between shifts
• Review and follow up on participant documentation
• Monitor participant confidentiality and safety
• Coordinate reporting for regulatory requirements




• Facilitate staff orientation and training

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Social Work, Psychology, or related field OR five years of relevant experience
• First Aid and CPR certification required
• Understanding of addiction and treatment principles
• Skills in crisis management and de-escalation
• Capability to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
