Extendicare is seeking a Clinical Educator for Central East Ontario. The role is hybrid, with about 80% onsite time in LTC homes and regular travel across the region. You will lead onboarding, clinical education, and competency development to advance resident care.
You will report to the Senior Manager of Clinical Education and partner with home and regional leaders to translate policies into practical education and drive improvements in practice and safety.
