Key Responsibilities:
• Perform assessments of building conditions and envelope systems
• Draft reports summarizing findings and suggesting improvements
• Create design documents for technical projects




• Review specifications and engage in design consultations
• Coordinate field testing and evaluations during project execution

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Applied Science/Engineering with EIT designation
• 2-5 years of experience in building science
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Capability to work at heights safely
• Must possess a valid BC Driver’s Licence
