As part of your responsibilities, you will conduct thorough assessments, create tailored care plans, and educate patients and families on the therapeutic process. Participation in team discussions and quality improvement activities will be essential for your role, as well as supervising students and assistants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient assessments to identify occupational needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Educate and support patients and families in their therapy journey




• Attend interprofessional team meetings for collaborative care
• Supervise OT assistants and provide clinical guidance

Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized Occupational Therapy program
• Registration in positive standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Minimum one year of clinical experience preferred
• Excellent communication and judgment skills
• Commitment to Person Centered Care principles
