What You’ll Need Skilled in Commercial Painting, Mudding & Taping, Finish Carpentry, or Flooring Installation
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
CSO (Common Safety Orientation) and WHMIS
High School Diploma preferred
Previous renovation experience is an asset
3 years’ experience in a relevant role preferred
Primarily residential or commercial experience preferred
Ability to pass Drug, Alcohol, and Physical Demand Assessment
Ability to stand, crouch, and kneel for long periods
Manual dexterity and balance for working on scaffolding
Robust mathematical, scientific, mechanical, and logical reasoning abilities
Ability to collaborate effectively within a work team
Fluent in spoken, written, and reading English
Legally eligible to work in Canada
