On behalf of our client, Remember When HealthCare , we are looking for a Scheduling Lead to join their growing team in Bedford, Nova Scotia.
About Our Client Remember When HealthCare is a locally owned healthcare organization providing personalized home and community care throughout Nova Scotia. Their team is built around a simple belief that dependable, compassionate care starts with the people delivering it.
As the organization continues to grow, strong communication, teamwork, and reliable scheduling are essential to ensuring clients and families receive the consistent care they depend on.
The Opportunity A reliable schedule is essential to consistent care. When a shift changes or a staffing challenge arises, clients, families, facilities, and employees need clear communication and a team that can respond quickly. As Scheduling Lead, you will guide a team of five Care Schedulers and oversee the day-to-day coordination of scheduling for private clients and facilities. Reporting to the Care Manager, you'll help the team stay ahead of coverage needs, resolve scheduling challenges, and ensure clients continue receiving dependable service.

The Ideal Candidate You have experience in scheduling, healthcare, home care, staffing, or another fast-moving operational environment and understand how quickly priorities can change. You're organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable making thoughtful decisions when several things need attention at once. You communicate clearly,
follow through on details, and aren't afraid to address concerns directly when needed.
You're also someone who enjoys supporting a team. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an asset, but equally important is your ability to coach others, set clear expectations, solve problems, and help people work effectively together.
