It's a core part of who we are. As an EHS Training Specialist, you'll help shape the learning experiences that prepare employees to work safely, confidently, and effectively across our operations. Based in Regina or Belle Plaine, this onsite role offers a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off and the opportunity to partner with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) professionals, operations leaders, and subject matter experts across multiple Mosaic locations. You'll lead training initiatives from concept through implementation, help drive employee development and safety performance, and contribute to how learning is delivered throughout the business.
