Our vision is clear: **to deliver fast, accurate, and reliable service powered by cutting-edge technology.****Your Role: At the Heart of the Chain****Core Duties**: Safety and Compliance * Ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work workplace* Enforce safe working methods and behaviors within the team.* Conduct safety audits and warehouse checks.* Supervise warehouse traffic, van audits and ensure safe vehicle movements.* Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization.* Respond to emergencies as required.* Cleaning, general housekeeping Operations and Logistics * Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management.* and package dispatching process.* Conduct quality checkups on return pickups and return to the client process.* Create/confirm driver bookings with relevant BPs.* Generate the next day’s route plan and send optimization emails to the Optimization team.* Conduct IDCs/Drivers check in/ out, loading* Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests.* Assist with sorting, scanning, and processing packages (including defective items and returns). Reporting and Administration * Maintain accurate delivery, incident, and inventory logs, and submit comprehensive daily reports.* Complete daily reports and submit to the clients, Station team and Manager (AMZ Daily Case report, Shift Handover,



etc.).* Audit Proof of Delivery (POD) reports and report back on compliance to IDC liaison* Complete daily timesheets and submit to the Station Manager.* Perform data entry as needed.
