In the role of Component and Suspension Technician 3, you will perform high-level warranty and paid service on a range of suspension products. Leveraging three or more years of experience, you will ensure optimal performance for our customers while providing repair estimates and training newer team members, utilizing your problem-solving and technical skills to resolve challenges efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive service on all OEM and aftermarket suspension parts
• Produce accurate repair estimates following thorough evaluations




• Change suspension tunes based on directives from seniors
• Assist in mentoring and training Suspension Technicians 1 and 2
• Use technical equipment and software competently in service operations

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent necessary
• 3+ years of hands-on technician experience
• Knowledge of Fox products is preferable
• Proficient in reading engineering documents
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of regular duties
