The Simcoe County District School Board is looking for a temporary Designated Early Childhood Educator. This role focuses on collaborating with Kindergarten teachers to advance children's educational experiences and growth.

In this position, you will team up with Kindergarten educators to design creative and engaging early learning programs. Your efforts will help cultivate children's cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development in a nurturing setting. Strong communication skills and a commitment to following educational policies are critical to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work with teachers to create and implement educational programs
• Facilitate activities promoting children's developmental needs
• Maintain compliance with Ministry of Education regulations




• Foster effective communication with families and staff
• Address conflicts or complications according to established procedures

Requirements:
• Two-year Early Childhood Education diploma
• At least six months of relevant experience
• Current CECE membership required
• Proven organizational and time management capabilities
• CPR and First Aid certifications are beneficial
