Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently while maintaining proper cash handling procedures
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, workstations, and food prep zones in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods




- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently without compromising quality or guest satisfaction

Requirements

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Understanding of food safety protocols and sanitation standards in a restaurant setting
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen work is advantageous but not required
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to support guest services and restaurant operations
