SUMMARYThe Service Administrator is responsible for day-to-day administrative duties as requested by management, as well as assisting various departments both on site and in the Corporate Office (including payroll, accounting, and human resources).

Location: Acheson, ABJOB DUTIES

Deliver optimal customer service that fosters positive relationships Assist with delivering department initiatives* Prepare work orders and estimates; Including labour & supplies* Accurately enter and track work orders and equipment in databases* Ensure timely closure of work orders and invoice submission* Organize, maintain,



and update document and electronic filing systems; retrieve and systemize information* Provide administrative support to management and Master Mechanic* Prepare for meetings and produce meeting documents as needed* Demonstrate professionalism and friendly demeanor while answering incoming telephone calls and redirect calls appropriately* Pick up, deliver and prepare outgoing correspondence; including coordinating and logging the pick-up and delivery of courier mail. Perform timekeeping and payroll duties for facility staff Establish an organized, skilled, and friendly atmosphere for customers and staff* Other duties as required by managementQUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS Post-secondary education and/or High School Diploma with progressive relative experience A minimum of 5 years of related service and administrative experience* Knowledge of heavy equipment machinery and parts would be considered an asset* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Skilled in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Time entry experience preferred Must be able to work under pressure, to multi-task, and meet deadlines* Possess strong organizational skills* Organized and self-motivated
