Experienced Automotive Service Technician (310S) – Join the Bennett GM Team

Bennett GM is looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive Service Technician with a valid 310S certification to join our growing service department. We are a busy, well-established GM dealership that takes pride in delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

The successful candidate will be a skilled technician who takes pride in their workmanship, works well in a team environment, and is committed to delivering efficient and accurate vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Alternating Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Compensation

Hourly wage of $44.49

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership standards
- Perform mechanical inspections and identify required maintenance and repairs
- Complete warranty and repair work efficiently and accurately
- Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle status and recommended repairs
- Maintain a clean,



organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety and service procedures

Qualifications

- Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician certification
- Previous experience working as a licensed automotive technician
- Own set of professional tools required for the position
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record
- GM dealership experience is considered an asset
- Stable employment with a well-established and trusted local dealership
