Reporting to the Supervisor of Scheduling, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the staff schedule and supporting administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with various regulations and internal policies. Key Responsibilities:
- Daily updates to the staffing schedule and absence tracking
- Address overstaffing or understaffing reports promptly
- Coordinate coverage for staff absences according to protocols
- Manage staff documentation compliance in the HRI system
- Provide reception coverage and assist with general inquiries Requirements:
- 1–2 years experience in scheduling and administration
- Two-year diploma in Business or Administration preferred
- Familiarity with scheduling software and MS Office
- Excellent communication skills and organizational ability
