We are looking for a motivated shop foreman who wants to build a solid career in the automotive industry. This person will ensure that repairs are carried out correctly and efficiently by qualified technicians. They will also ensure that the after-sales service consistently maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.

Main duties:

- Understand the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranties and policies and ensure compliance;

- Ensure that all repairs are assigned to technicians in an equal and fair manner;

- Provide technical support to technicians as needed;

- Ensure that repairs are billed correctly;

- Check the progress of each repair throughout the day;

- Maintain a high-quality repair service and minimize returns to the shop;

- Perform intermittent checks on work performed to ensure accuracy and quality;

- Test drive cars to verify the quality of the work performed;

- Participate in handling customer complaints in collaboration with your supervisor;

- Participate in service performance management using tools such as daily operations monitoring, efficiency and productivity monitoring, workshop return reports, warranty reports,



telephone or email surveys, and monthly forecasts;

- Monitor the condition of the workshop, including

- Ensure proper maintenance, storage, and inventory of special tools;
