About the Role:

JvonConstruction is seeking highly skilled and professional Sidewalk Crew Members to anchor our winter operations in Etobicoke. This is a unique opportunity for a top-tier professional who is a master of their craft. If you take pride in a clean, damage-free finish and want to be a valued member of a premium service, this role is for you.

You will be the face of JvonConstruction on the ground, responsible for flawlessly clearing dedicated residential, and commercial properties. We invest in the best equipment, and Staff and expect the best results in return.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate a RTV.
- Conduct thorough pre and post-shift equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with management.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols to protect yourself, our clients, and their property.
- Use a snow blower, and or snow shovel to meticulously clear small walkways, stairs, and other tight spaces for a complete, professional finish if required.

What We're Looking For:

- 5+ years of proven, verifiable experience operating RTV's or similar heavy equipment, with extensive experience in snow removal.
- Demonstrated ability to produce a high-quality, damage-free finish on both commercial and residential properties.




- A valid G-level Driver's License and a clean driving abstract.
- A flexible and reliable schedule, with the ability to be on-call 24/7 during snow events.
- A professional attitude and a strong work ethic.
