Drive security management excellence at NexGen’s Rook I Site as the Site Security Lead. Focus on protecting personnel and preventing security incidents in this full time role. Reporting to the Manager of Health, Safety, Radiation and Environment, you will play a crucial role in implementing and overseeing the site’s security strategies.

Your extensive experience in heavy industry, particularly in uranium mining, will enable you to lead a proactive security program while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate planning and evaluation of security procedures
- Establish site security staffing and scheduling requirements
- Manage electronic surveillance and access controls
- Lead emergency response and security inspections
- Initiate security incident investigations where necessary Requirements:
- At least 7 years in heavy industry or mining
- Degree in security management or related field
- PSP or CSSM designations preferred
- Familiar with security management protocols
- Strong analytical and communication skills Support the safety and integrity of operations at Rook I with your leadership in security management.
