In this role, you will report to the Hardlines Group Sales Manager, focusing on assisting customers with their firearm selections and related needs. Ideal candidates will have prior sales or service experience, a passion for the outdoors, and a Restricted and Non-Restricted Possession and Acquisition License. You will cut through confusion and help customers find exactly what they need.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers by assessing their needs accurately
• Knowledgeably recommend firearms and scopes
• Actively promote company programs and initiatives




• Ensure visual standards are met in the store
• Resolve customer issues with effective judgment
Requirements:
• One or more years' experience in a relevant field
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• A valid Restricted and Non-Restricted Possession and Acquisition License
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Familiarity with Bass Pro Shops products preferred
