Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee resource management operations and conflict resolutions
• Maintain compliance with the System of Quality Management framework
• Monitor headcount planning and provide utilization reports

Requirements:
• 7+ years in Resource Management or related fields
• 5+ years of prior audit role experience
• Canadian CPA designation or its international equivalent
• Robust interpersonal skills and change management capabilities
• Proficient in Power BI and MS Office applications
