The Prospect Reporting to the Manager, the Merchandising Data Operations Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the Merchandising Data Team and ensuring product and related data in SAP is maintained accurately and on time. The role provides day-to-day guidance to team members, reviews data maintenance work, and supports the resolution of data issues.
You Will Coordinate and assign daily work to the Merchandising Data Team and follow up on completion.
Create, update, and maintain product and related data in SAP.
Review data maintenance work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company requirements.
Use Excel to reconcile and analyze data and prepare reports.
Process data maintenance requests and resolve data discrepancies or errors in SAP.
Provide day-to-day guidance and support to team members.
Ensure established data maintenance procedures and workflows are followed.
Perform other duties and assignments as required.
You Should Have / Be Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in product data management, merchandising administration, retail administration, or a related field.
Hands‑on experience with SAP, including data entry, maintenance, and reporting.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables,



VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data reconciliation. (Excel skills test required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and completeness.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Good communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
Experience leading, training, or providing guidance to team members is an asset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is an asset.
