In this position, you'll work under the guidance of the Production Supervisor and collaborate with the Team Lead to achieve predetermined output production levels. Your ability to maintain exacting quality controls and uphold safety measures will contribute directly to the company’s goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assure materials meet quality specifications during inspections
• Log and report scrap from defective materials precisely
• Interpret work orders and implement production requirements




• Follow training steps closely to meet quality criteria
• Engage in daily cleaning and organizing of your workstation

Requirements:
• Completion of High School Diploma (Grade 12 or equivalent)
• Detail-oriented and capable of sustaining focus on repetitive tasks
• Physical ability to lift 40lbs and stand for extended periods
• Robust interpersonal skills to build effective work relationships
• Experience in an industrial setting preferred
