Randstad is currently seeking a Receptionist and Administrator for a prominent asset management firm. The successful hire will play a key role in supporting the team across both client service and operational areas.

Responsibilities
Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Ordering supplies
Answering and directing phone calls
Setting up meetings, boardrooms, and conference/Zoom calls
Processing incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, couriers, and client payments
Maintain cleaniness of office
Qualifications
1-2 years of reception or customer facing experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a skilled and friendly manner.
Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams/Zoom, and general office technology.
Reliable, proactive, and able to follow established procedures while working independently.
