Now hiring a HR Administrator to join the team of a long established, reputable, grocer in Pemberton. Ideal for someone with experience in HR Support and office operations who is discreet, detail-oriented and enjoys being part of a busy, people focused team.
Offering a wage in the range of $28 - $35 per hour, 4 day work week (32 hours), plus great advantages and perks!
About the Role, Benefits & Perks: Salary Range: $28 - $35 per hour.
32 hours per week, 4 day work week.
Pemberton, BC.

6% vacation pay.

The Perfect Candidate: 1-2 years of experience in office operations or HR Support
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
Comfortable using HRIS / HR software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional, approachable, and able to build positive relationships with employees and management
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding and offboarding is an asset




Knowledge of BC employment standards and workplace regulations is an asset
Experience maintaining employee records and confidential information is an asset.
Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
High school diploma required, Bachelor's Degree in Human Resoures or Business Administration is an asset
Responsibilities Include: Record Keeping: Update and maintain accurate personnel files and databases.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Prepare contracts, collect new hire paperwork, and coordinate orientation logistics.
Employee Support : Serve as the first point of contact for daily staff questions regarding benefits, leave, and company policies.
Payroll and Benefits Support : Track sick days, vacation time, and hours to assist the payroll department.
Reporting : Generate basic data reports and metrics on turnover, attendance, and staffing.
