Haven Toronto, in partnership with St. Michael’s Homes, seeks a Registered Practical Nurse for the Hospital Overflow Program. The overnight team provides clinical assessment, basic nursing care, and client safety through the night within a hospital-linked overflow setting.
Responsibilities include independent nursing care, client orientation, wound/foot care, and collaboration with physicians and other providers. A solid background in harm reduction and mental health/addiction care is essential.
