Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to design, build, and support scalable web applications and data-driven systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in modern application architecture, cloud technologies, and full stack development while collaborating across teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and expand data pipelines, including ETL (extract, transform, load) processes

- Translate technical specifications into working, tested applications

- Develop detailed programming specifications, write code, conduct unit testing, and maintain applications

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development, deployment, and production use

- Provide technical support for implementation, conversion, and migration activities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

- Design, build, test, and document applications using structured methodologies

- Develop and integrate APIs and support front-end and back-end system architecture

- Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and security requirements

- Participate in design reviews, technical walkthroughs, and documentation creation

- Provide post-implementation support and resolve technical issues

General Skills

- Strong programming and systems analysis experience

- Experience with structured development methodologies and SDLC practices

- Ability to design, code, test, debug, and document applications

- Experience with multiple programming languages and development frameworks

- Knowledge of relational and hierarchical databases





- Experience with query languages and data retrieval tools

- Understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and deployment

- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Proven ability to collaborate and meet project deadlines

Full Stack Skills

- Proficiency in both front-end and back-end development (including database design and DevOps)

- Experience designing scalable web architecture and REST API services

- Ability to integrate UI components with APIs

- Experience implementing continuous integration and deployment pipelines

- Strong knowledge of front-end frameworks, UI development, and performance optimization

Technical Skills (65%)

- Extensive experience with:

- C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API, Blazor WASM, LINQ, WCF, Entity Framework

- Redis Cache, xUnit, Moq

- Crystal Reports

- Strong experience with Azure Cloud technologies, including:

- Azure AD (Entra ID), OAuth, MFA, SSO

- Azure Functions, App Services, Containers

- Key Vault, Managed Identities

- API development and security:

- Swagger, Postman, ThunderClient

- API configuration, CORS policies

- Front-end technologies:

- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular / AngularJS

- Accessibility compliance (WCAG, AODA)

- DevOps and Agile tools:

- Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, JIRA

- Database expertise:

- Oracle, SQL Server, PL/SQL tools (TOAD, PL/SQL Developer)





- Experience with multi-threaded services and reusable component design

- Solid understanding of SOLID principles, dependency injection, and modular design

Other Experience & Skills (30%)

- Experience supporting complex, multi-system business environments

- Ability to lead users and stakeholders through project delivery

- Strong technical documentation and specification writing skills

- Experience working in multi-client or partner environments

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

Public Sector Experience (5%)

- Experience working in public sector environments, especially in education systems

- Knowledge of accessibility standards such as AODA
