Support Account Managers in managing and growing relationships with agriculture and agribusiness clients Learn to analyze financial statements, business plans, and lending opportunities Assist in identifying client needs and delivering customized financial solutions Develop an understanding of agricultural markets, industry trends, and economic factors impacting our clients Participate in client meetings and gain exposure to a wide range of agricultural businesses Build skills in relationship management, business development, financial analysis, and credit structuring Collaborate with partners across the bank to deliver an exceptional client experience What We're Looking For

Recently completed, or are on track to complete a degree or diploma in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Passionate about agriculture and interested in the financial side of the industry Strong relationship builders who enjoy working with people Curious, proactive,



and eager to learn Analytical thinkers with strong problem-solving skills Effective communicators with strong interpersonal skillsAble to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team setting Relevant experience growing up on a farm, working in agriculture, participating in agricultural organizations, or having knowledge of the agriculture industry is considered an asset.
