Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personal care and hygiene assistance to patients
• Perform several home visits daily for optimal care
• Prepare meals and assist patients with eating
• Carry out basic housekeeping duties in homes
• Foster companionship and emotional support for patients

Requirements:
• Current CCA designation is required
• Proven experience in providing personal care
• Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license is preferred
• Successful completion of a Criminal Background check
• Genuine passion for improving community health
