Key Responsibilities:
• Support care staff with resident services and daily needs
• Document observations and report changes to nursing staff
• Assist with mobility, dining, and recreational activities

Requirements:
• Health Care Aide certification and CLHA registration
• Experience in care settings preferred, especially mental health
• Must possess valid CPR and First Aid certifications
