Are you an experienced ServiceNow Systems Administrator looking for a new opportunity?
Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a ServiceNow Administrator-CSA/Banking. This position involves managing and optimizing the ServiceNow platform to support IT service management processes, ensuring stability, security, and performance.
Pay rate range (CAD): $65.23/hr– $75.28/hr
Responsibilities Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and availability
Lead system configuration, customization, and integration with existing ITSM processes
Perform system upgrades, patches, and deployments on multiple ServiceNow instances
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
Develop and implement solutions adhering to IT Service Management policies and standards
Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to define scope and deliver technical solutions
Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews for ServiceNow configurations and integrations
Provide 24x7 support during on-call rotations and perform off-hours maintenance as required
Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and technical procedures
Ensure compliance with security policies and frameworks relevant to the platform




Desired Skill-Set 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Systems Administrator
CSA certification (critical requirement)
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform configuration, management, and troubleshooting
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with ITSM processes and best practices
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and lead resolution efforts
Nice to Have Development experience within ServiceNow (e.g., scripting, custom app development)
Previous experience in banking or financial services
ITIL certification or familiarity with ITIL frameworks
