Catalent's new facility in Adair, ON has an opening for a Manufacturing Process Technician. This role is integral to our operations, focusing on safety, quality, and production efficiency.

As a Process Technician, you will develop expertise and support our manufacturing team in delivering high-quality products. Your contributions will ensure compliance with safety standards and enhance our continuous improvement processes. This position demands a commitment to high ethical standards and quality work.

Key Responsibilities:
• Reduce equipment downtime and enhance availability
• Promote and uphold safety practices among team members
• Complete batch records accurately and without delay
• Provide targeted training and support compliance efforts
• Identify opportunities for process improvements

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent credential
• Preferably 2+ years in a manufacturing environment
• GMP experience preferred in a pharmaceutical context
• Required to meet respirator safety protocols
• Able to lift and move objects up to 25 kg
