Your Responsibilities You'll lead a team responsible for IT operations, Service Desk delivery, and cybersecurity initiatives.
You'll drive continuous service improvement, ensuring reliable, secure, and high-quality IT services for internal users.
You'll provide strategic advice on technology initiatives, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation priorities.
You'll oversee vendor and managed service provider relationships, including service levels and performance.
You'll build strong partnerships with business leaders while promoting security,



compliance, and operational excellence.
Skills and Qualifications 5+ years of experience leading IT operations or infrastructure teams within a complex enterprise environment.
Experience managing Service Desk operations and driving IT service improvements using ITIL or similar frameworks.
Strong background in cybersecurity, information security, or security governance within a regulated environment.
Experience leading technical teams and managing stakeholder relationships across all levels of an organization.
Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Azure and SharePoint, is considered an asset.
Secret Security Clearance and CBC bilingualism are required. Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
