This position is designed for a seasoned qualified to support Stantec’s Canada West Power Delivery portfolio. You will take charge of project controls to enhance performance metrics, report generation, and budgeting processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Senior Project Controls Lead will ensure effective implementation of project control practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead project controls initiatives for the Power Delivery portfolio
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and reporting
• Provide expertise in scheduling and change management




• Develop process documentation and continuous improvement practices
• Liaise with BC Hydro for project performance and controls

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
• 10+ years of relevant project controls experience
• Proficient in Oracle and Primavera P6 systems
• Knowledge of Power BI for reporting is advantageous
• Prior experience with BC Hydro projects preferred
