In this pivotal role, reporting to the Mill Mechanical Supervisor, you will focus on repairs, installations, and the upkeep of HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal air quality and system functionality. The Technician will engage in both preventive measures and reactive troubleshooting to support facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute preventative maintenance and equipment overhauls
• Install and repair HVAC piping and air handlers
• Balance airflow to guarantee proper air circulation
• Maintain accurate documentation of all repairs and schedules
• Operate necessary machinery and follow safety protocols

Requirements:
• Mandatory G1 Gas Technician License
• Over 5 years of relevant HVAC experience
