CIMA+ is seeking a dedicated Roadway Design Lead, integral to our Municipal & Transportation Design team. You will coordinate designs across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring all projects adhere to the highest standards of sustainability and efficiency. This position offers the chance to guide junior staff and play a part in groundbreaking infrastructure improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead comprehensive roadway design projects
• Collaborate on MTO and municipal transportation assignments
• Prepare detailed technical documentation and estimates
• Conduct quality reviews of engineering models
• Build and maintain client and team relationships

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Ontario Qualified Engineer (P.Eng.) license
• At least 10 years of design experience
• In-depth understanding of highway standards
• Expertise in Civil 3D and other design software
