Job Title: Software Developer - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Location: Toronto

Contract: 6 Months with the possibility of extension

Job Responsibility

- Configure and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for Registration and Permit workflows.
- Design and implement solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Dataverse.
- Integrate Dynamics back-office systems with public-facing portals through middleware.
- Configure Customer Service Workspace, including Agent Experience Profiles, Session Templates, Workstreams, and Routing.
- Develop custom Web APIs using ASP.NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework, and Azure SQL.
- Work across both low-code configuration and custom development.
- Develop Power Apps using Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, and Canvas Apps.
- Develop custom PCF controls and use server-side templating with Liquid.
- Work with Azure DevOps, task boards, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery practices.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, reviews, and assessments.
- Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Requirement





- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure solution design.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 interoperability and Microsoft cloud integrations.
- Hands-on experience with both low-code and custom Dynamics 365 development.
- Strong Dataverse design and development experience.
- Proficiency in Azure, .NET, C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework, and Azure SQL.
- Experience with Customer Service Workspace, Case Management, and Knowledge Management.
- Robust experience with Power Apps, Power Pages, Model-Driven Apps, and Canvas Apps.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Experience working with Agile/Kanban methodologies and task boards.
- Strong technical documentation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Dynamics 365 and Azure certifications are preferred.
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise or government technology projects is an advantage.
