Job Title: Maintenance Associate Duration: 6 months to 1 year Schedule: Monday to Friday Location: Lloydminster area This opportunity is with a leading oilfield services company supporting maintenance operations in the Lloydminster area. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, repair of rotating equipment and support systems, and maintaining equipment reliability for field operations. This position offers hands-on exposure to engines, pumps, hydraulic systems, cooling systems, piping systems, and work-order-based maintenance activities in a demanding industrial environment. Required Experience: Previous mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial, oilfield, heavy-equipment, automotive, agricultural, or similar environment Experience performing preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment and support systems Experience inspecting, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and testing mechanical equipment Experience completing maintenance documentation and work orders accurately Experience working in shop and outdoor environments with changing operational priorities Required Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Ability to repair and maintain engines,



pumps, piping systems, valves, cooling systems, hydraulic systems, and associated equipment Ability to disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble mechanical components and equipment Experience using hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and shop equipment Ability to interpret equipment manuals, diagrams, specifications, and technical information Ability to identify worn, damaged, or failed components and determine repair requirements Ability to verify equipment operation following maintenance or repair Ability to identify recurring equipment failures and recommend reliability improvements Solid verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently with limited supervision and effectively within a team Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working around mechanical equipment Preferred Previous experiences: Shop Hand or Helper Mechanic Assistant Rate: $23-25/h
