Job Description:

We are looking for a Mobile Developer to support innovative mobile solutions within the hospitality industry in Toronto, Ontario. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys building high-quality mobile applications, collaborating across technical teams, and creating user-focused mobile experiences. The successful candidate will contribute to both iOS and Android mobile features while helping deliver reliable, scalable applications.

Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and enhance mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms that deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective mobile features and technical solutions.

- Develop, test, debug, and optimize mobile applications using modern mobile development frameworks and technologies.

- Integrate mobile applications with backend services to support data flow, functionality, and overall system reliability.

- Create user interface components that are visually explicit, responsive, and aligned with usability best practices.

- Partner closely with Product, Business, and Design stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver roadmap-driven features.

- Track development tasks, priorities, and progress using Jira while contributing to an organized delivery process.





- Support mobile compatibility and performance across both iOS and Android platforms.

- Contribute to code quality initiatives, application architecture decisions, and ongoing enhancement of mobile development best practices.

Requirements:

- Proven experience developing mobile applications, with experience delivering solutions across iOS and Android platforms.

- Hands-on knowledge of mobile application development frameworks, architecture patterns, and modern development practices.

- Experience working with backend development concepts and integrating REST APIs, third-party services, or related platforms.

- Strong understanding of user interface design principles and the ability to build high-quality, user-focused mobile experiences.

- Familiarity with Jira or similar tools for managing Agile development work.

- Experience supporting the full mobile application development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.

- Knowledge of native mobile technologies such as Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and modern mobile application architecture patterns.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and partner with Product, Business, QA, and Engineering stakeholders.
