Projects include developing technical drawings, installation, and production of custom wood components such as structural beams, CLT, cabinetry, staircases, door systems,



and window systems.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop conceptual and technical drawingsManage inventoryCoordinate and communicate with production/manufacturing teamsLead production of custom woodworking componentsHandle shipping and export processesSupervise production staff to meet quality and productivity goalsCollaborate with architects and structural engineersEnsure compliance with safety regulations and quality standardsExperience & SkillsMaster’s certification in carpentry and business administrationWorking at heights and WHMIS certificationManagerial experience in a manufacturing environment5+ years of experience in production or woodworkingKnowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCADStrong mechanical and troubleshooting skillsFamiliarity with German machinery and toolsExperience implementing lean manufacturing practicesAbility to lead teams effectivelyEmployment TypeFull-time, permanent, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/weekLanguage of Work: EnglishWage: $32 – $35 based on experienceLocation: Sault Ste.
