The Mustard Seed Society in Kamloops, BC is seeking a part time Housing Focused Shelter Worker for a fixed-term role through March 2027. You will support shelter guests with housing-focused case management, connect they with internal and external resources, and help them exit the shelter sustainably.
You will be on the front line, respond to crises, maintain safety, document interactions in CCMS using FDARP, and collaborate with Shelter Manager.
